 POSTAGE-How do I know what the postage or shipping cost of my order will be?

Just log in and choose the items you would like, proceed to checkout before putting in your credit card details you will be able to see the postage cost for your order. You can then either change the items in your shopping cart, proceed with the order or remove all items and your order will not proceed.

PAYMENT- Why have I been charged for items on backorder already?

Our payment system is very secure but because it is the system takes the payment for an order when the order is placed. In store we are not able to see you credit card details as the system does not allow this. We believe this makes our website very safe for our customers to use.

 DELIVERY- Why does my order say status delivered but I haven't got it yet?

Once an order has been processed we mark it as delivered which saves confusion for us and confirms that the order has left the store.

DELIVERY TIME- How long wil my order take to get to me?

Usually orders go out the next day. We have to go to the Post Office in Buderim as there is not one in Forest Glen. We will email you if the item you have ordered is out of stock and will keep in touch with news on the order. Most Australian orders take approx. 3-4 days and overseas 7-10 days. BUT this all depends on Australia post.

 EMAILS-  Why don't I seem to get emails telling me about my order?

Some SPAM filters will remove emails sent from a website so it is a good idea to put our email address sales@patchworkangel.com.au in your address book and this can fix this problem.
